The Senior Associate Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor and staff team to support the overall health, growth, and strategic implementation of ministry at Vernon Alliance Church. This individual will bring leadership to internal systems, team development, ministry execution, and church-wide initiatives.

The Vernon Alliance Church Children’s Ministry Coordinator serves under the leadership of the Children’s Pastor as they facilitate ministry to kids, families, and children’s volunteers. This position supports an atmosphere that is fun, engaging, and spirit-empowered amongst children, parents/caregivers and volunteers.
