Andy & Mo Nyhuis of Zihua Roofs are preparing to return to Mexico on October 31, 2022.
Last winter, Zihua Roofs completed 38 roofs and returned home April 7, 2022. They have now completed over 383 roofs in the last 11 years in the communities above Zihuatanejo.
As they have done the last 11 years the "paying it forward" concept will be used ensuring growth in the community and a sense of ownership and pride in helping neighbors.
Zihua Roofs are planning to repair or replace roofs again with galvanized metal sheeting and each roof should cost approximately $450.00 Canadian. This type of roofing material gives homes a minimum 20 years of protection. After a roof is completed, Andy & Mo ask their helper Filiberto to briefly share his testimony with those in attendance sharing the love of Jesus with them which is the "why" behind what they do.
